I originally created this image to use as an illustration for my Socyberty article, "Angelic Visitations: Messengers From God, Alien Interference or Just Made Up?" Found at: http://www.socyberty.com/Religion/Angelic-Visitations-Messengers-From-God-Alien-Interference-or-Just-Made-Up.127142. The image combines effects created with the 3D programs DAZ/Studio and Bryce, together with the image processor Photoshop.

Emaciated is right! My first thought was it looks like Seven of Nine getting a glimpse of herself after death on the Holodeck! Good work though, her wings are beautiful...
