Expanding Fractal Spiral

As part of the Filtered Fractal Series, I created this image using a combination of multiple layers designed with the fractal program tool Vichira, then amalgamated in Photoshop. Many filter effects were employed to refine the image, and a digital frame was incorporated as a finishing touch.

Wow! It's like a creature that you just can't quite make out. Just a bunch different shaped eyes staring at you. Is it one creature, or a whole family of them waiting to pounce on you? Or lending a hand in friendship.
