Drinking sodas and fruit juices eat away at our teeth’s protective enamel and cause decay and cavities. By drinking tea has a better health benefit for your body and teeth. I have done some reading about tea and have found out according to the Academy of General Dentistry that brewed tea can help protect your teeth. The health benefits of drinking tea are decrease risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. Drinking green tea is recommended over black tea because the higher content of antioxidants in green tea. Tea either hot or cold as long as you brew it the flavor stays simple and pure. So brew up a pot of green tea today and treat your teeth and body to a healthy drink.
