One of the most popular rural snacks of India, toasted peanuts in their shells, nice and fresh. I thought I'd capture it in an image because it was just so neat looking on a newspaper as it is traditionally sold.

A closer look at the paper used confirms that it's from the southern state called Tamil Nadu, India.

mmmmm!!! that's the magical word i can think of when i look at this deicious photograph. hot and salty peanuts from out of their monkey shells. yummy! i love this photo.
