 | Cold and Lonely | | by Belcher | | published on Apr 9, 2008 | Is this the beginning or is it really the end,
I try to see through but you only pretend.
You act like this is just a game,
But why don.t you see what you've became.
You act like it's fun to see people hurt,
I guess that's why you try to be such a flirt.
For better or worse is what they say,
But I admit I must turn away.
All you left behind is a past of scars,
I try to meet your standards but you just raise the bar.
If you really loved me you'd just let me win,
It's almost as if you'r heart were made of tin.
Tonight and today,yesterday and tomorrow,
All you do is fill my heart with sorrow.
You were always my one and only,
And all I feel now is cold and lonely. |
