 | A Walk to Battle Lake | | by Mark Gordon Brown | | published on May 13, 2009 | I live on 10 acres near Battle Lake (in Alberta) we cannot really see the lake from the house except in the winter when the trees are bare, and even then, only a tiny bit. We can walk down the hill to the lake, unfortunately that means we have to walk up hill to get home. My wife and I took such a walk just the other week. |
