Anyone out there ever been made to eat beets when they were a child? I know when I was young if I didn’t eat what was put before me I didn’t eat at all. Little did we know is our mother and father was making us eat healthy. I have found out that drinking two cups of pure beet juice a day can improve cardiovascular health. I have also found that three hours after drinking this pure beet juice can lower your systolic blood pressure from 1-10 millimeters lower. Your diastolic pressure can be lowered from 1-8 millimeters lower three hours after drinking pure beet juice. Pure beet juice has been found to have nitrate in the beet root and that is turned into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps open blood vessels in the body. So drink up and be healthy.
