Temptations of Kek Lapis

These are the yummy and colourful sights of baked layer cakes or ‘kek lapis’ (Malay language) served to visitors during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrated by Muslims worldwide to mark the end of Ramadan fasting month. Varieties of different layer cakes flavours and patterns are popularly served in Malay houses and are usually on sale a week before the end of Ramadan months.
