Yellow Collared Miniature Macaw

As seen on the hand of a tourist visiting Canadas Rocky Mountains. I forgot to ask the birds name, but am pretty sure the owner called it a "him", so it very likely is a male bird. I wonder what it thought of this unusual area with huge mountians and noisey mountain rivers.
