Neither dragon nor fly this lady landed on my oleander to rest a bit. Although dragonflies have six legs like other insects they are not capable of walking. Their value: they consume huge amounts of mosquitoes.
I wish you could send the dragonfly here. I got eat up yesterday evening by mosquitoes. I knew there was a reason I always wore long pants outside, but I forgot and left my shorts on.

An insect which has legs but cannot walk, has wings but cannot use it very effectively;eating only mosquitoes.Still its name is dragon fly.Why it was named so-It is a mystery.

Nice shot. One day while we were at the water-park floating down the lazy river a dragonfly landed on my husbands finger and road with us for a while, it was interesting.

I wish there were some dragon flies around where I was on holiday. I got badly bitten by mosquitoes. A very artistic shot.
