A Case of Missing Viewers?

Well here’s a mystery! Despite getting more views on my work than usual (the Halloween run up means lots of views on my fancy dress how-tos), the number of unique viewers I’ve been receiving has fallen to almost a tenth of my usual number (as shown in the picture). Anyone got any ideas why this might happen or is this a case for Sherlock Holmes?

Mine and Marks are the same.. infact there are many threads in the Triond forum about this. I wrote them but have not heard back. I suspect its something wrong with the graph, but the hit counter/payment system is still good.

Also noticed you have a Triond toolbar. Very interesting, we have not got one of those.

I face the same problem..I think it was a problem in the graph...my ratio was 650 visitors than suddenly it fall to 200, But next day it was again in the uptrend, it may be the problem regarding the graph and one more thing on 5th oct there records were not updated this might be a problem also

My Visit Trends graph has always been completely inaccurate, so I just ignore it!

For those asking about the toolbar: it's an add-on for firefox which can be downloaded from the Triond mainpage. It's one of the few add-ons I still use, it's handy for keeping an eye on comments and views and things (and for ignoring those irritating spam messages!)
