Today am taking it two leaves a day to keep old age away.

I have never heard of this before - do you just chew the leaves, or do you have to prepare it in some way?

If it works, then why not! What properties does it have?

Yes katien, eating it raw is most recommended especially after a morning exercise. It suggest that its best if we exposed first our body to a morning sunshine for a couple of minutes.

I've been religious eating it daily for almost a week now and I like the effect on me physically as if I'm not getting tired whole day and always alert.

Lostash, for the properties of this plant, I think I should refer you to my blogs on my site under 'FAMILY'

Furthermore, Two to three leaves a day eaten raw strengthens worn out body tissues and the brain to remarkable degree.

They found out that there is unknown vitamin that they called vitamin Y (or the Youth vitamin) because it was found to have a beneficial effect on the brain and endocrine glands, another French Biochemist, Jules Lepino who undertook extensive researches of the plant and found that it had rare tonic properties that have a marked energizing effect on the nerves and brain cells to keep them functioning well.
