Nice photo, -but if I am correct, this are the American Falls, as seen from the Canadian side of the Niagara River. That pointy rock between the two falls is called "Terrapin Point", and that small falls to the right of the larger one, is called "Bridal Veil Falls". I have walked under it before. They have (or used to have) a wooden deck called "The Hurricane Deck" that visitors could go up onto and the water would pummel upon your back. Even with the rainjackets and thick non-slip 'cloth boots' they provided, everyone still got fairly wet! ;-)
