Double-capital Letters and Missing Edit

This is something strange; double-capitalized letters such as used in "WW II" is rendered as "WW Ii" which is wrong. "II" are ROMAN NUMERALS and not "letters." Note also the MISSING "edit" tool (there should be a icon image of a pencil, which should be clickable)

In fairness, this is not 'human error' but more likely an over-dependence upon a programming parse err. -Typically one would not capitalize more than just the first letter of a proper noun. "Canada" would be correct while "CAnada" would not even though "CA" is how "Canada" is abbreviated... upsets me personally as an American as for me, this means "California." ANyway I WAnted to GEt THis OUt THere to SHow TRiond HOw UNweildy THis REally is... :-)
