Yes, a sci-fi fan club "stazer" printed these. Perhaps in haste, -it is just photocopied pen-and-ink on colored paper. Nothing exceedingly extravagant, but for them it must have been a giddy time; their nations opening to the west and celebrating 'western' values in fandom.
