Recipe for Battered Fish

Have you ever had a hunger for fried fish but had no batter. Here is a little recipe using only crackers, a zip lock baggie, and spices of your choice. Take half a sleeve of crackers and place them in the zip lock baggie. Now zip the baggie while getting all the air out. Now the baggie is sealed you can place it on a hard surface and use rolling pin to crush the crackers til they are like table salt. If you dont have a rolling pin a can of soup or vegetables can be used. Now open baggie and ad any spices of your choice (I like Lowreys Season Salt). Now make sure your fish is either coming out of eggs or just plain water. Put the fish in the baggie and shake for about five seconds then put in deep fryer or oven. Cook til light golden brown or to your liking. As always thanks for reading this.
