Leaving a Brother Behind

Let's think about this...the US military never leaves a fallen brother behind in battle right....well what about after battle...what about when they come home and are still battling...I think it is quite hypocritical of the "brothers" to carry on so to speak...when they know one of their own is fallen....it is sad...I know a soldier has to account for their own actions...but still..their brothers...should be making sure they aren't left behind...whatever it takes ...right...oh well..maybe I am just a mother rambling on...or a mother who expected more from our country ..after all a soldier sacrifices for the cause...ok..enough I guess..just think about it is all...thanks.
