Thanks for the pic. Hey, they just featured this fort on the Ghost Adventurers TV show. Kind of a goofy show, but it was interesting to see the insides and outsides of the fort and the area. Is it true the fort is made of some kind of compressed sea shells?

Yes John, it's called Coquina. This is actually the state stone of Florida. I am submitting an article about the fort, along with some close up pictures of the outside.
