Former Gipson Funeral Home in Mt. Holly

I remember this funeral home from my younger years. Joe Gipson was a young mortician who came there when I was pre-teen and ran it till he retired. Over the years he and his successor have buried many of my relatives including my mom and dad. Both Joe and the man who bought the business were decent, compassionate people who were help for families at a time of need. The original business was in the first story of the home, as time went on they built the structure to the right and got better parking.
