Local names are Rosas de Baybayon, and San Vicente. . .

Yes, I heard from the lecture of Dr Ilagan from WHO or UN
that Kumintang was the plant that healed him from
his diabetis. Good for 6 months treatment by a Chinese oriental medicine expert.
