Recently a dear friend of mine opened a new Shabu Shabu restaurant in Costa Mesa called "California Shabu Shabu" located at 801 Baker Street. I finally got a chance to visit him there and check it out today. His restaurant partner served my friend and I this creative salmon dish. If you love great Shabu Shabu and a uniquely decorated place, you must try it out, you'll love it!

Shabu is a kind of drugs here here in the Philippines. Beautiful picture, it looks so delicious.

Salmon is delicious no matter what shape it is. Very decorative though. :)
