|  | Ugliest Building in Pennsylvania | Someone designed this. But what were they thinking or better, what were they smoking? Carlisle has some awesomely attractive buildings and some really well kept historical structures, including the old jail. This building at Dickenson College has to be the hands down winner as the ugliest in town. The designer had to be color blind or the painter mixed the paint wrong. |
