 | Expert Communication: Human Resource Management's Responsibility | As a former Regional Human Resource Manager; I know how essential it is to have expert communication in every dept. of a firm. Since it's the responsibility of the Human Resource Dept. to recruit, hire & fire; communication at every level must be done in an expert fashion if the firm is to be successful & profitable. Communication must begin with expert reading, verbal & written skills. This skills can be detected very easily in interviews, through resumes' & career porfolios if done correctly & your dept. can be trained in this manner. What to look for are leadership qualities as well as teamwork, self-motivation & the ability to communicate at all levels of management. You must communicate well with subordinates & treat them as equal team members. You must learn how to promote within & train your employees how do communicate well with their superiors without feeling that they're not on the same professional level. |

when they come to you with a question about something you shouldnt just change the subject because are children are the future and you should be willing to teach the future everything they need to know .but if they r not old enough to learn about what they are asking tell them the parts of it that u think they should know now and simply tell them that when they get older you can tell them more about it.them encourage them to try and learn about things that they need to know to make the would a better place
and by doing this easy thing you have tought a valuable thing to a part of the future even if u think ur kid is getting troubl in school just explain to them why these things are wrong and help them understand they are the future and if they dont undrstand that then they should read the next thing I write .cause it will explain that they are the future. |

|  | I decided to be happy! | I decided to be happy! Yes, I did so. you know, why? The world is full of bad news and all of us are very easy to be influenced by "negative people" in our surroundings. Sometimes I really get tired, because even I can feel how these people fritter away my energy, strengths and good mood while chatting away my time.
Even sometimes, while writing my columns, I feel my write ups being too much sentimental; and impediment vibration can be mostly found.
Okay, let's swing ourselves into the saddle and let's explore the positive flanks and directions in our daily life. Write with an open mind about what you see and hear, smell and touch. It could be an inspiration. Life is so beautiful for us to keep on going! But, more and more we are becoming blind because of this terrible negativism around us.
I decided to be happy, to be glad, to be content, to be fortunate, to be fiiting... . One thing, I learned, is this: if we like to be happy, we must find people in our surroundings, which have the talent for listening. We have to find people who will walk the first miles with us and then steadfastly believe that we can go alone after a while. And if not? They will still accompany us... . Such people make me happy. And, I am glad I have found a lot of such people in my surroundings. |
