|  | Scuba Diving in the Caribbean Sea | I've been a certified scuba diver for 28 yrs. & I now have an advanced nitrox certification. I have also worked as a travel agent in the scuba diving industry & booked trips to such places as the Bahamas, Dutch Antillies off the coast of South America in the southern Caribbean & many trips to Cozumel, MX.
Parts of the Caribbean has some of the best scuba diving destinations in the world. On good days the underwater visibility can reach 100 feet. The water temperature can be so warm in the summer months that you won't need a wetsuit.
If you're price conscious then you should research trips to Cozumel & the Dominican Republic. Here the exchange of you dollar is so great that you can really make you trip cheaper without sacrificing any excellent diving.
If you want the best resort destinations & you aren't worry about money; then you should try the Cayman Islands, the Dutch Antillies {particularly Bonaire} & the British & U.S. Virgin Islands. |
|  | Swimming: the Best Work Out | I am vulnerable to sleep problems since I was 35. I usually have two to four hour snooze at most. Doctor said, I need to work out, at least 30 minutes a day. He recommended the best exercise…swimming. Why? All parts of your body exert efforts to work hand in hand. Yes, it is a strenuous physical exercise but have a satisfactory result of keeping you in shape in the end.
How much is enough sleep we need? I read in some health magazines that at least 7-8 hour sleep appears to be optimal.
