|  | American Christian Baptist Church Near Menges Mills | This church shows the spirit of the people in this area. The congregation is Baptist but they have not built a fantastic church but a functional building. It doesn’t look exactly like our idea of a church or meeting house but it serves that well. I have never been in the building but I know one person who goes there and if he is in any way representative of this congregation, it is one that serves. |
|  | First Baptist Church in Lykens PA | I often wonder if anyone ever thought about the ramifications of Jesus' statement, "The first will be last and the last first" when they were naming a church. I get in trouble for asking questions but I ask them anyway. The stone foundation screams 100 years old and the roof over the door has two items, 1903 and BAPTIST.

|  | Immanuel United Methodist Church | I can't find a date for this church but the stone foundation again gives the indication it is over 100 years old.
It is in the Tremont area of Pennsylvania. I missed taking a locator picture, one of a road sign. |
