1st saying "thanks".
when we have someone help you it is better to say thank. this word give a good feeling to someone who has helped you, and it can be easier for you when you need help from the same people.
2. to say "sorry"
making mistakes is a common thing for everyone but saying sorry to admit the mistakes is hard for everyone. don't forget to say sorry when you make a mistakes doesn't matter how small the mistakes is. why.?? because it will keep your relation from being bad. i'm sure
